Recovery Hero Dusky

Hello, my name is Dusky Cady and I have been in recovery for over a year! I’m most proud of not substituting in a different addiction this time or becoming dependent on another substance. Most of all, I’m proud of not drinking! Before my sobriety, excessive drinking contributed to my lack of accomplishment and brought me to a low point in life. Today, things are different. I am retired but still continue to help out the community with landscaping work and gardening.
