Our Health Care Program collaborates with renowned health institutions in Colorado Springs, forming key partnerships with UC Health, SET Clinic, Fountain Valley Health Clinic, CommonSpirit (formerly known as Centura Health), and Penrose/St. Francis. These strategic alliances enable us to extend our reach and provide tailored support within the framework of established healthcare networks.

Commitment to Rural Areas
Recognizing the importance of reaching every corner of our community, we are driven to expand our coaching services and resource navigation support to rural areas, including Fremont County and Teller. By extending our support to these regions, we aim to ensure that individuals in rural communities have access to the same level of personalized care and assistance on their recovery journey.
Expanding Reach
In addition to our collaborations with major health care institutions, Serenity Recovery Connection actively supports various clinics and off-site locations. Among these are the Pikes Peak United Way Family Success Center and Calhan Community Center, where our dedicated Peer Recovery Coaches offer guidance and resources to individuals seeking recovery.
