At Life Lab, you’ll begin your recovery journey by creating a personalized plan based on SAMHSA’s Eight Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual, financial, physical, occupational, social, and spiritual. You’ll learn practical tools and set powerful goals to hold yourself accountable and move your life forward.
