Recovery Hero Cassandra

My name is Cassandra.

I have been in recovery for almost a year.

During this year, my accomplishments have been going back to PPCC to finish my degree. I have successfully completed intensive inpatient rehab as well as rebuilding my relationship with my family and girlfriend.

Before recovery, my lowest point was getting fired from my job, hurting my girlfriend, and almost killing myself.

Today, I am giving back to my community by being a trusted babysitter, stepping into any role I am needed at my sober house, and helping the girls I live with get to meetings.
