Programs for Youth or Families
This innovative program combines the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Positive Psychology, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to create a holistic, strengths-based recovery model. CRA provides practical strategies to replace substance use with rewarding life experiences, enhancing resilience and well-being. REBT supports emotional health by addressing harmful beliefs and promoting constructive thinking. Together, these approaches empower individuals to pursue well-being with autonomy, hope, and a sense of purpose. Programs are specialized for either youth or families.
