2026 SoCo Recovery Rally Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in the 2026 SoCo Recovery Rally, all vendors, partners, and attendees agree to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Vendors are expected to uphold professional and ethical standards. Serenity Recovery Connection (SRC) reserves the right, at its discretion, to address any disrespectful or disruptive behavior, including removing individuals from the event if necessary.

All vendors and participants are expected to conduct themselves ethically and professionally. Registrants and vendors may not collect insurance information from attendees. Violation of this policy will result in immediate review and may lead to removal from the event and ineligibility for future participation.
Booths must remain set up until 2:00 PM. This is a 100% sober event. Participants are responsible for cleaning up their area and removing all materials and waste. All animals must be leashed, under control at all times, and waste must be picked up.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
